GROSS domestic product (GDP) figures due out today are expected to show growth in the economy.
Economists surveyed by AAP last week tipped a 0.4 per cent expansion of GDP, the broadest measure of economic activity, in the September quarter.
The median forecast for annual GDP growth was 0.7 per cent.
In the June quarter, GDP grew by 0.6 per cent for an annual pace of 0.6 per cent.
